FrameShift Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 7, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all Roblox experiences, games, groups, communities, Discord servers, websites, services, and content owned, operated, or managed by FrameShift ("FrameShift," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing, playing, participating in, or otherwise utilizing any FrameShift service, you agree to comply with these Terms, all applicable Roblox Terms of Use, Roblox Community Standards, and any additional rules established by FrameShift.
Eligibility
Users must adhere to all Roblox platform requirements and applicable laws. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our services complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
Roblox Terms and Community Standards
All users are required to comply with the following:
- Roblox Terms of Use
- Roblox Community Standards
- Roblox Intellectual Property Policies
- Roblox Marketplace Policies
- Any future Roblox platform policies and updates
Violations of Roblox policies may result in actions taken by FrameShift in addition to any moderation measures enforced by Roblox.
User Conduct
Users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while utilizing FrameShift services. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or targeted abuse.
- Threats of violence or harm.
- Hate speech or hateful conduct.
- Impersonation of FrameShift staff, developers, moderators, or other users.
- Disruptive behavior intended to negatively affect other users.
- Attempts to circumvent moderation systems.
- Sharing misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information.
- Encouraging others to violate these Terms.
Exploiting, Cheating, and Unauthorized Software
The use, distribution, development, promotion, or possession of unauthorized software designed to obtain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Exploiting or modifying game systems.
- Using cheats, scripts, injectors, or third-party automation tools.
- Botting or automated gameplay.
- Duplication of items, currencies, rewards, or progression.
- Abusing bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics.
- Reverse engineering FrameShift systems for malicious purposes.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to services or data.
Users who identify bugs are encouraged to report them responsibly. Deliberate abuse of bugs may result in account penalties.
Cross-Trading and Real-World Transactions
Cross-trading is strictly prohibited across all FrameShift experiences.
Users must not:
- Exchange in-game items for items from other Roblox experiences.
- Exchange in-game currencies for Robux outside of approved Roblox systems.
- Trade in-game items for real-world currency.
- Sell accounts, items, progression, or services.
- Purchase in-game assets from unauthorized third-party websites.
- Engage in black-market or unauthorized transactions.
Participation in cross-trading may result in permanent account restrictions, asset removal, transaction reversals where feasible, and reporting to Roblox.
Scamming and Fraud
Any attempts to deceive, manipulate, or defraud users are strictly prohibited.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Fake giveaways.
- False promises of rewards.
- Misleading trade offers.
- Account theft attempts.
- Phishing.
- Social engineering.
- Unauthorized payment disputes.
User Generated Content
By submitting content within FrameShift services, including messages, suggestions, bug reports, screenshots, artwork, or feedback, you grant FrameShift a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for operational, promotional, or developmental purposes.
Users remain responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not infringe upon the rights of others.
Virtual Items and Digital Assets
All virtual items, currencies, progression systems, gamepasses, developer products, badges, cosmetics, and rewards remain the property of FrameShift and/or Roblox.
Users are granted a limited license to access these digital assets through gameplay; no ownership rights are transferred.
FrameShift reserves the right to modify, rebalance, remove, or discontinue any virtual item, feature, or service at any time without prior notice.
Refund Policy
Except as required by law or provided through Roblox systems, all purchases are final.
FrameShift cannot issue Robux refunds outside of mechanisms provided by Roblox.
Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Roblox accounts.
FrameShift is not liable for losses resulting from:
- Compromised accounts.
- Shared credentials.
- Unauthorized account access.
- User negligence
Enforcement Actions
FrameShift reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and impose appropriate enforcement actions.
Potential actions include:
- Warnings.
- Temporary restrictions.
- Temporary suspensions.
- Permanent bans.
- Asset removal.
- Currency removal.
- Progression resets.
- Trading restrictions.
- Reporting violations to Roblox.
Enforcement decisions are at the sole discretion of FrameShift.
Appeals
Users may submit moderation appeals via official FrameShift support channels. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal of any moderation action.
Providing false information during an appeal may result in denial of the appeal or additional penalties.
Intellectual Property
All FrameShift games, systems, designs, artwork, models, scripts, interfaces, logos, branding, and related content are protected under intellectual property laws.
Users are prohibited from:
- Copying FrameShift assets.
- Redistributing FrameShift content.
- Reverse engineering proprietary systems.
- Claiming ownership of FrameShift intellectual property.
- Creating unauthorized reproductions of FrameShift experiences.
Service Availability
FrameShift does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any service. Services may be modified, suspended, discontinued, updated, or maintained at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FrameShift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services.
Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
Changes to These Terms
FrameShift reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of FrameShift services following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
